AI Draft for Google Docs™ (“the Add-on”, “we”, “our”) is designed with privacy and security as top priorities. This Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and your rights as a user.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect, store, or transmit your Google Docs™ content.
• We do not store API keys entered through BYOK (Bring Your Own Key).
• We do not track user activity, documents, or usage statistics.

3. Information the Add-on Processes

The Add-on processes only the text you choose to send for AI-assisted generation or rewriting. Processing happens directly using the AI provider selected by you (e.g., Google Gemini or OpenAI).

4. API Keys

Your API keys are stored only within your Google account’s Apps Script property storage. They are never transmitted to our servers or handled by us.

5. Third-Party Services

The Add-on may connect to AI services you choose. These services are governed by their own privacy policies.

6. Data Retention

We do not retain any user data. All processing is temporary and happens only during usage.
